Try a reset on the headphones: Connect the headset to an AC outlet and press the (volume +) button and the (volume –) button simultaneously. The headset will be reset. 3. Initialize the headset to restore factory settings. This will delete all pairing information and reset internal settings. I have only have them for 2 days but wow I tell myself why didn’t I buy them sooner. Went for a run and a total different feel and the battery life . I haven’t even charged them yet and they have been going strong . Love the design and love more the color

Ok so I have had multiple pairs of headphones in the past few years and I always have two of n me in case I forget to charge one or something but lately I’ve been good about charging my stuff when I’m at the office. So to travel more lightly (I’m only in office 2 days a week bc I got a house over an hour away), I thought “nah these ones will get me through the weekend, I don’t need to bring my JBLs home.” Anyway, I went to turn on my sleep playlist (generally calming music with some rain sounds mixed in) and the right side of them just randomly snapped. Just…. Fell off: out of nowhere. So I’m incredibly frustrated because my backup pair is at the office an hour and 10 minutes away. I can’t wait on Amazon to bring me a new pair. So I order this cheapo pair from the Target by my house. I wasn’t looking for anything crazy quality or with amazing sound. I just want something comfortable, easy to use and that I can get fast. Because my insomnia struggle is so real and I literally can’t sleep without a podcast or audiobooks or white noise or anything. Anyway, I picked these up today for 40 bucks. Not too bad. They are a bit uncomfortable after lengthy periods of time wearing them. And the sound quality is sort of mid but if you just need a pair of durable headphones for some white noise or whatever, these are completely fine. I’m not sitting around tripping out over some psychedelic rock to anything. I just need some rain sounds to sleep and these do the job without keeping my husband and kid awake.

I got these headphones 2 days ago and they are incredibly good. I like how these headphones connect to my phone and PC at the same time so that after a call, its goes back to playing my music. The Sony Headphones Connect is a must have if you care about fine tuning your audio, connecting to 2 devices, and 360 reality audio. The 50 hour battery life is good if you play your music non-stop. The only think I don't like about this product is after 30 minutes of use, it starts to hurt my ears. I would recomend this product for anyone who is new to buy wireless headphones from Sony

All these 5 star reviews can not be for this product. I could not stand to wear them for more than 20 minutes because they were so uncomfortable. I actually checked to see if I accidentally bought headphones for kids. Nope, they just suck. The sound quality is nowhere near as good as the free headphones I got on a plane! You could hear every brush up against the plastic in your ears, and I could still hear my dog breathing over music. These are going right back to the store! Sony, why even bother?!
