Perfect home gym rack.
I bought this for squats and bench presses. I liked that it held 440lbs since that gives some headroom on my 300lb weight set. My 13 year old son and I put this together quickly (30 min tops). It has shown no signs of struggle under the weight at squat or bench heights. Stand is also quickly and easily adjusted to accommodate my 6’1” frame and my son’s 5’5” frame. Love this item. Highly recommend.
