Small pill but so hard to swallow
I take a LOT of supplements. This is probably one of the more important ones, in theory, to help with absorption. That said, considering how small this pill is, it's one of the hardest to swallow. I'll take huge fish oil and numerous caplets 4 to 5 at a time, but this bioperine I have to take by itself. For this reason alone I am switching to Swanson's version which I have alternated with this one, but Swanson's is in capsule form and is so much easier to swallow.

As I understand BioPerine makes other products work better. I read that when you take Turmeric it should be taken with it unless it is already in the Turmeric. The price here at Swanson is the best.

Unjustifialble results
I cannot justify the results other people mentioned about this supplement,but I do have some faith in the experiments some scientists have done. I will continue to take it as long as I still take the curcumin&boswellia.

Serious Enhancement
I had noticed this ingredient included in a few of my other supplements over the years. Upon reading several reviews of the ingredient and realizing it could enhance the absorption of nearly everything I take, this went onto My Favorites list and into my Order. I believe it's helping.
