Q: What material are the pots made out of some people were saying they are plastic and product description says they are resin?

A: I bought this pot and it is a very thin plastic. After 2 months, the thin plastic is no longer rigid enough to stay upright so the pot keeps falling over. I am doing a review with photo on this.

Q: Does it have draining holes? If not, is the material good for drilling some or more like concrete?

A: U could drill a hole in it, you could probably punch a hole in it with a fork b/c it is very thin cheap flimsy plastic. So thin that mine collapsed as other reviewers also reported.
submitted byRK - 19 days agoA: It’s not concrete, it’s thin plastic so you can easily drill holes. Beware that the plastic is so thin the planter has trouble staying upright, it collapses because of how thin the plastic is.

It came in 2 pieces and you are supposed to attach the top to the base. Immediately I could tell it was thin, cheap plastic and not worth the $36 I paid for it, but I was in a hurry to get the new plants I bought into a larger planter and did not feel like driving this planter back to Target so I kept it. I just thought it looked & felt cheap but would serve the purpose. Wrong. After a couple of months, the pot part will no longer stay on the base straight. It keeps leaning over so it's crooked. It is not even useable so it would not be worth even $10, but it was $36 when I bought. I noticed they are on sale for $26 today but not worth that either. This is shipped from another company, but I hope Target will gate-keep better in the future and not sell junk from other vendors on their site. I am past the 90 day return window, but $36 is too much to just throw away like this. Target, please check the quality of the products you let others sell on your website.

Like the color black lightweight patio urns. Holds a lot of flowers. Can also use indoors in the sunroom and not have to paint.

A very disappointing product for $114. The "resin" it's described as being made of is cheap, flimsy plastic. I am able to easily bend the lip of the pot with my hand. In addition, it arrived dirty and scratched. The design or look is appealing but there are much higher quality planter pots in this style at a fraction of the price. Shameful that this is being sold for this price and the quality is what it is. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDED.

They look cheap and the plastic feels cheap. Not worth the sales price even if they included 2. Tried to return for a refund and was denied and have not received the product back.

My husband also drilled holes for drainage. The planter itself is a great size for variation and is a very classy design. The white matches any placement. Two of these would be perfect for an entry way!

Will see how it holds up over the summer and throughout the winter. Hoping some perennials will last the seasons. We did drill some holes in the bottom to help with drainage.

The resin is high quality and the designs of the resin is really elegant. It is beautiful on my front porch. I have a lot of. The size is bigger than I expected and perfect for my wildflowers. I believe it could hold bigger plants as well as small trees/bushes without tipping over.
