A: You can use the LORI device both morning and night. The device will automatically power off after 10 minutes of continuous use, but you can divide this time between your eyes and lips as needed, or adjust it based on your preferred skincare routine duration. Q: I was under the impression that RF uses heat to be effective and penetrate the skin. so would using the cold function with the RF mode diminish its efficacy? or cause any adverse effects?

A: The RF of LORI is targeted to be used with the cool mode. However, using RF with heat mode will activate the strongest frequency.

So far is pretty good, the warming feature is really nice. I wish it had stronger vibrations but it’s relaxing if you have migraines. Hopefully this product holds up and doesn’t break.

I truly enjoyed using this every morning and evening to help my serums and lotions absorb, depuff my face and just pamper myself. Bought it 12/31. On 1/8 when I tried to switch to the cold option, the device stopped, the power light flashed red a couple of times and it turned off. If I set it to the hot option, it heats up and works fine. As soon as I try to switch to cold, it flashes red and shuts down. I recharged it for a few hours, but it keeps doing the same thing. Very disappointed especially in light of the good reviews.
