Defective upon opening
This item was bought as a gift so it wasn’t given away or therefore opened during the return frame window and item was found to be defective. Though charged it did not work. Trust has been lost in this company’s products and I didn’t want to risk this happening again with a replacement but was denied a refund through Target and the company. Be wary of buying third party seller products if you can’t open something and verify it’s in working condition within time frame, lesson I had to learn the hard way.

Really enjoying as part of my routine
Overall, I have really been enjoying this product! I’ve been using it in the evening after washing my face. I have a job tightness and soreness and it really seems to help with that. I warm the globes under hot water and then do a gentle massage on both sides of my job.

Great addition to my skin caare routine !!!
I have been looking for a face contour device for a long time and they are often very expensive but not only is this device easy to use it is affordable as well. I have added it to my daily routine and can anready see a difference in the way my skin glows. Was using it specifically to target my cheekbones to give me a natural contour for the days when I dont wear make up and can definitely say it worked. It also helps to depuff my face in the morning when I use it iced. You should definitely give it a try.

This tool is slowly becoming my favorite skincare tool and I had the Nuri as my fave initially but this one I find myself using just for fun on my bed, at my desk, ugh it follows me everywhere. The massage takes me to a spa if not better and the products penetrate so quickly and deeper. It’s a must have and a great gift!
