I agree with SK. Zero stars on no instruction
Replace the filters? They are tiny bits of fluff that are impossible to handle and don't seem to go anywhere. Make a video on how to replace the filters. I have some rings, some filters, some rings and filters. It's a confusing mess. This product sucks just on whoever wrote the directions. Fire all involved on the directions. Zero stars just because of directions.

Hello! Thank you for contacting Spa Sciences! We have provided you with a helpful video attached to replace the filters; firstly, you must pull the MIO tip off. Under the tip you will find a clear plastic cap. This cap goes over the filter and keeps the filter in place. Take the clear cap off and you can use tweezers to take out/replace the filter! The filters are one time use only! You can use the MIO pore extraction tips as needed! The diamond tip we recommend once or twice a week depending on skin type! The pore extraction tips should last about 6 months depending on usage. The microderm tip should last from 3 to 6 months depending on usage as well. We suggest cleaning with soap and water or a little of alcohol to prolong the usage of the tips :). Everything I needed!
I really appreciate the fact that everything was included in this refill kit! Other brands you'd need to get a separate refill pack for each piece, but this is all included! The little filters, caps, and o-rings are super easy to swap out and this kit comes with plenty to last you for multiple cleanses!

Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. To replace the filters; firstly, you must pull the MIO tip off. Under the tip you will find a clear plastic cap. This cap goes over the filter and keeps the filter in place(we provide extra just in case the plastic o rings break). Take the clear cap off and you can use tweezers to take out/replace the filter! The filters are one time use only! To clean – you can use soap & water on the device and tips, and pat dry. More than what I expected!
I got a really great deal when I purchased these replacement filters for my Mio. I got PLENTY of filters and rubber "bands" for my MIO. The quality is always the same great quality I expect from Spa Sciences. Thank you for this selection/collection of replacement parts.

I love my MIO!
I bought these replacements for my MIO, because I use the tool weekly. I switch my filters out about every two weeks or so. So glad these are available and a good price! I've definitely have seen a difference in the overall clearness and redness in my skin.
