I had the 1st gen Dyson and nothing but great things to say about it. The fact that you can’t control the cool shot is horrible. The barrel for curling is all too big. I wish i had opened it sooner so that i could have returned it.

Not worth the money for short to medium hair.
When this was advertised on QVC, they said it would do short to medium hair just as well as it did long hair. That really wasn’t true so I returned it.

Not worth it
I have straight hair and it really doesn’t live up to the hype. The dryer attachment is really good but I’ve found that the curls don’t last for more than an hour. Very disappointed.

It’s boujie but lacks
I reach for another brands tool ten times over my Dyson. It’s definitely doesn’t give the same blow out. I waited months to decide based on a learning curve of using the tool. I’m disappointed in myself for “having” to have a pricey tool that will not get used as much as the competition

Dyson airwrap
Honestly, this is one of the best beauty investments I’ve made. It gives salon-style curls and smooth blowouts without extreme heat, and my hair feels so much healthier. It’s super quick to use, the attachments are easy to switch, and it works beautifully even on days when my hair feels frizzy or dull. If you love soft curls, volume, or a sleek finish without damaging your hair — this is worth it.

Filter problem
I don’t know if it’s just mine but I just got it and the very fist time I was using it the filter kept turning it off and I have to wait a while before I can use it again. It’s brand new and already have so many issues with the filter. It’s every time I use it and usually the first 5 minutes it happens. I bought a filter cleaner to see if it helps. I don’t know if it’s only mine that does that but it’s not a great thing to happen while you’re doing your hair.

Glad I finally dove in and bought this.
I considered buying this for a long time, but was worried I wouldn’t master the techniques to make my hear look the way I wanted. I have really loved it and, after a little trial and error, it’s been great. Would definitely recommend. Love the variety of attachments and find that I use all of them, surprisingly.

I had been using the air wrap I bought my daughter…. Decided to buy my own. The main sell was price and dryer and conical attachments. Works on 1 side as nice curl but the other side just blows hair all over Phoned and thought if you could send me a replacement smaller barrel , I could take it on holiday I had purchased this expensive tool to bring with me …. but non in stock :(

Curls don’t last more than 10 minutes
I was so excited to treat myself and try this. But after many attempts and trying different methods and products the curls do not hold. It’s a quick tool and I really enjoy using it and the curls it creates are very nice. But they don’t last more than 10 minutes, which for something like this, isn’t great. The versatility of it is great as you get multiple attachments and can be used in different ways.

Poor QC
I bought the Dyson air wrap to replace an older one. It works but the soft brush will not stay attached to the motor, it falls right off. Poor quality control.
