Completely rotten

Unfortunately Target sold an item to me that was completely rotten. I’ve done too many online returns and they will no longer allow me to return things like this online without returning to the store. I’m annoyed, so I’m writing a review. There doesn’t seem to be a way to contact customer service, via email, either. As you can see they are completely rotten, but it’s not worth returning to the store for $2. Plus, who has the time?
