Convenient Supplement
I have been doing keto this month and don't love the taste of apple cider vinegar in the morning, so this is a perfect supplement for my diet. It is so easy to take the pill that already has the cayenne pepper in the formula, so it saves time as well. It was also great for travel as I did not need to bring the apple cider with me on a business trip and got to stick to my diet.

These Apple Cider Vinegar supplements are a nice alternative to regular Apple Cider Vinegar. I want the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar but without the gross taste of the vinegar. These go down smooth and are easy to swallow. I would recommend them.

Worked for me
I will say these are a little strong smelling but not terrible, they seem to work great! I started slow with one a day and I always take with a meal so it won’t upset my stomach. Overall it is a great high quality supplement.

So far no issues.
So far been using for a few weeks and I can say I had no issues or side effects so far. Can't tell it's working or not but can definitely taste the strong vinegar smell and taste when u put a few in your mouth. Just wish the pack I got included more then one month supply.

It’s ok, definitely better than putting regular vinegar in a drink and doing it that way. I’d much rather take it in a pill form. It does help to keep your digestion where it should be. I may try again in the future.

I'm Loving It!
I've been taking Sports Research - Apple Cider Vinegar capsules for a month now and I'm loving it. I used to take apple cider vinegar mixed with water and it was becoming more and more difficult to get past the taste. These easy to swallow capsules accomplish the same thing without any difficulty or harsh taste and with the added benefit of cayenne pepper. I highly recommend these pills to help aid your digestion and gut health.

Much better than gummies
I've been on a healthy weight loss challenge for a while now, but not seeing much of a result. I purchased some ACV gummies and though I liked the taste ( very sweet), the amount of sugar was preventing me from seeing any changes and I don't like the taste of apple cider vinegar. When I heard about this product, I was very eager to try, but also nervous as I don't like ACV taste. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there is no sugar added and there is zero taste or aftertaste after taking this supplement! I have noticed more regularity and thus resulting in some weight loss.

I have heard Apple Cider Vinegar has a lot of health benefits but the taste has always been discouraging. These pills have Cayenne pepper added which sounds strange but is probably also good for you. There was almost no taste at all and I think these are great.

Great Quality
First, I like that this is vegan and Non-GMO. This is made from fermented apple cider and I like how this is known to help digestion. I have a few stomach issues so I started taking this. They are very easy to swallow and that is a big plus for me. They do have a strong vinegar smell when you open them but do not have a bad taste or after taste. The packaging is a nice dark bottle to keep the light out. I like the benefits this offers for gut health and I feel this is premium brand with excellent quality products. I feel secure taking them. I recommend.
