We put batteries in and it worked. Drove to our destination and tried to use it but it wouldn’t come on. Changed batteries and tried again with no luck. Never got to actually use it. Never even got to put water in it. Completely useless.

There is something wrong with the mechanism that runs the fan and it only works randomly when you stand on your head during a full moon. So pretty inconvenient when your toddler is hot at a little league game and the fan you promised her doesn't work! Do not buy this!!! ALSO I'm pretty sure someone at target is lining their ceo pockets with Pennie's because the tag on the shelf said 6.99 and then I was charged 7$ for this. Target is a greedy awful company.
These are cute and my toddlers loved them. Unfortunately, both of the fans I bought stopped working the first day. One literally only worked for about 10 minutes! Bummer.

Great to cool off, especially for heat sensitive kids. My 5 and 3 year old lien pressing the trigger for the mist to cool off and bonus, it’s good fine motor/hand strengthening. These fans will keep the girls busy watering things and misting themselves. Buying more for our beach trip for the other kids coming with us.
