The 10 year warranty is a joke. Our cage ripped and separated from the zipper after only 5 years. The Company denied the warranty claim based on "normal wear and tear", an arbitrary standard under which they can deny any claim. Total joke!

I only have 2 kids one is now 18 the other 9. I bought this years ago and it's STILL GOING STRONG. Please keep in mind the 16 cousins who frequent our house .Not that I recommend it, but it holds sooo many people and the net is AMAZING. I've seen grown men all falling against this net and it holds strong. I am literally amazed at what it's been through and that it's still perfectly in tact. Honestly, I hate to say it, but the price tag is justified for the memories made on this thing over the years. It's endured dogs, wet bathing suits all summer with chlorine water, windy fall seasons, cold, rain, and SOOO MANY KIDS AND ADULTS. CANT IMAGINE who the heck gave it a 1 star rating or WHY? LITERALLY it's been a dream and countless hours of joy fun and eventually some tired kids and also adults !! Also bonus is it's the most fun way to get a work out in as a mom!! If you're thinking about it -stop. BUT IT. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!!!!

My kids absolutely love it—they haven't stopped using it since we set it up. Rain or shine, they're out there jumping, laughing, and making up games for hours at a time. Every time they come over, the trampoline is the main event, and when it's time to go home, they're genuinely disappointed to leave. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BE WEARY OF WARRANTY. They say "Full 10 year warranty". This is misleading as they will not replace "wear and tear". After 6 years, anything could break and be call wear and tear. Had to buy new mat because of fraying that was hidden under the safety net. When we submitted the warranty claim it was rejected as "wear and tear". The fact is, the place where it was frayed was completed covered by the safety net so there is no way we could have reached the area to damage it - other than the rods holding the mat putting so much pressure on the mat that it created friction between the mat and the net and eventually wore the mat down. if this is wear and tear, why put a warranty on it at all?

I need a trampoline undertone one of January next year because it's my birthday and my friends are coming over to my house and I have to jump and do big flips like please and the same episode was burning someone left today

High quality trampoline been awesome fun for the kids since purchase. Keeping them physically active and healthy. Extremely safe and amazing bounce!!!! If you looking for high bounce, high quality trampoline I recommend spring free trampolines.

We have had others but their structure has lead to a broken leg by going through the springs and The mat tore due poor quality. A friend recommended Springfree, in fact gave us their old one when they moved. It was easy to get replacement parts and in comparison to buying one the prices were good. When we moved we opted to leave the old one and upgrade. While it's a bit tricky to put together, the end result has been worth it! The guarantee is top notch and we are very happy with our new trampoline from Springfree!

They canceled the schedule appointment and never informed us. We had to find out when we placed a phone call. Then we called again and never got a phone call back to see about rescheduling. We ended up installing it ourselves so we really feel we did not get what we paid for.

We've had spring trampolines before, but they were not as safe and durable. Our boys jump for hours and this one--safely. Great product!

The large size is perfect for our three daughters, I'm glad I went with the size and shape. The diagonal length allows for plenty of space to do tumbling. The net enclosure leaves no room for anyone to fall out and has been sturdy enough to keep a kid in on an errant bounce. I elected to assemble it solo and it was quite challenging, physically. Definitely recommend having a helper id you elect not to pay for assembly.

The bundle was the way to go as well since you get the ladder, basketball hoop, ball and installation. The installer that put ours together was great! It arrived before Christmas and unfortunately the box for the ladder was clearly labeled and my 10 year old saw it so there was no surprise on Christmas morning. We ended up setting it up right away and letting them start enjoying it early in December. They have used it pretty much every day even though it is so cold outside. It's been great to have them outside playing and off screens. My husband and son assembled it together and found it fairly easy to put together. Highly recommend.
