Q: I separated the saucer from the main planter when I repotted my plant, to make sure all the extra water drained out. Now the 2 parts don't seem like they want to snap back together. How do I fix this?
A: I did the same thing as you! Thankfully, I was able to put it back, with direct pressure over those 4 pegs separately. That drain hole looked like it was a spot to pull up with a finger.

Q: The name on the product states it is self watering, but the Q&A answer states it is not self water. Can you please verify if it is or if it is not.
A: That’s what I was confused about as well, even more so after I picked up my online order. They are built exactly like self watering pots, which generally have a hole on the bottom side to fill them. On the 6”x6” pot, that hole is to small to fill from, but it can be done on the 10” pot. So on the 6” pot, it can only be used for drainage. The pot itself also has a recessed bottom that sits 1/2” into the base, which would allow it to collect water, as a self watering pot would from the bottom. I also noticed, that both sizes of pots, have circular holes that look specifically designed for self wicking rope, which is also used in self watering pots, but not supplied with these. Based on everything I’m seeing with these, they appear to be self watering pots. You just need to add the self wicking rope, because the pot does not sit entirely into the base, and will leave some standing water in it.

Q: What is the hole in the bottom side for?
A: The side hole makes the pot look like it's self-watering but unfortunately it's not. It's a drain hole to dump out the excess water that's collected in the basin because the tray does not detach.
