Nice heavyweight holder for kitchen!!

I like the weight of this! Stands up to one handed paper towel tears. A little bulky, but I suppose that’s to be expected with this design! I think most of this brands paper towel holders feel a little overpriced. A sale price fits I think.

I just renovated my kitchen and didn't want to mount a paper towel holder to my new kitchen cabinets. This holder in black looks beautiful on my all white quartz countertops. It's very sophisticated and stylish looking. It's bigger than I thought it was going to be, but I love the size. I also like this design with the shorter pole next to the larger one. Just adds some extra design/color in my kitchen.

Loved the simplicity but sadly it broke after just 6 months.

I bought this paper towel holder in both black and stainless steel colors, and neither one worked at all. The 1st one that I purchased for delivery from my local Target was broken when it arrived - the long pole was broken off from the base and there was no way to repair it. When I purchased my 2nd one of these paper towel holders, I realized that the product itself is defective - there’s no way to securely attach the long pole to the weighted base (no screws, etc.), so it’s wobbly and unstable. And when you try to tear-off a paper towel from a roll on this holder, the pole just breaks off from the base and tips over. You can try putting the pole back on the base but, without a means to securely fasten it on, it repeatedly detaches, so this product is essentially useless. Now I see why these Threshold paper towel holders are so much cheaper than other brands on the market. Grade: F

It was damaged and the store did not have any more to replace it.

I ordered 3 of these, all of them had a different issue. One had the felt on the bottom coming off, one had a wobbly middle and the third had a lot of scratchs on the base. The quality on this holder for how simple it is, is very poor. They look like they would've cost $5 at most.

Broke within a few weeks. It's still functional but the post came undone from the base and there isn't a great way to fix it. It also doesn't let you rip the paper towels easily so we're using way more than we did with our prior one.

Very sturdy and simple! I was looking for a simple yet nice looking one but not flimsy and this one is amazing!

I was having trouble finding a good holder to fit the normal paper towels we get. All of the ones I liked were too small. This is great and very stylish!

How do I attach middle pole? No directions were included.

A nice and heavy holder that will break after a few towel changes. The ‘weld’ holding the arm to the base will fail but can be reattached with glue.

I like the bold, black color. It is weighted on the bottom, so it doesn't tip when tearing off a paper towel. The color matches my kitchen beautifully. I love the style. It is sturdy and should last a very long time.
