Stainless Steel Paper Towel Holder White - Threshold™

I really like this product, it has lasted very well and I am an avid paper towel user, however, if you keep it by your sink as many people do, the bottom can get wet and the soft material on the base soaks up any water and w/e else. I had a vase which spilled on counter and since then, the paper towel holder has reeked of mold d/t the material on bottom-which you can’t really clean itself.

Fell apart in less than a year. The center rod completely came apart from the base and there was no way to put them back together. Would not recommend.

Very big and sturdy just feel it may easily stain the paint seems like the kind where stuff is hard to wipe off but I like it

For such an affordable price this holder is surprisingly high-end. It feels premium, holds the roll securely and is super easy to use.

I was looking for a modern paper towel holder and this one exceeded my expectations. It’s well-made, stable and looks amazing in my kitchen.

I bought this paper towel holder in both black and white colors, and neither one worked at all. The 1st one that I purchased for delivery from my local Target was broken when it arrived - the long pole was broken off from the base and there was no way to repair it. When I purchased my 2nd one of these paper towel holders, I realized that the product itself is defective - there’s no way to securely attach the long pole to the weighted base (no screws, etc.), so it’s wobbly and unstable. And when you try to tear-off a paper towel from a roll on this holder, the pole just breaks off from the base and tips over. You can try putting the pole back on the base but, without a means to securely fasten it on, it repeatedly detaches, so this product is essentially useless. Now I see why these Threshold paper towel holders are so much cheaper than other brands on the market. Grade: F

I purchased this paper towel dispenser as a gift for my Mother on her Birthday in December, she was Very Surprised by the Quality of the Paper Towel Dispenser and that I was thinking of making her days easier, she absolutely loved the new paper towel dispenser!

I agree with the other reviews this is very sturdy and I thought well made . But I have only had it a few years and the small peg broke off but not totally . Now it just hangs there. I really liked the fact that it was white as well.

Got this in the white and it matches my kitchen, beautifully. It has some weight to it and doesn’t fall over. It fits larger size paper towels

Almost 2 months to the day I picked up this paper towell holder, the center peg that the paper towells go on broke off. There is no way to reattach it. I'm disappointed since it looked really nice was working fine until it broke off. It appears to be cheaply made. I have my receipt and hopefully I will get a full refund since paper towell holders normally last for years if not dropped or mishandled.

It would enhance it if there was a stopper so that the many paper towels didn’t all pull out at one time, other than that the price and the quality is worth the price.

This paper towel holder is really good. It's sturdy & seems weighted at the bottom. It stays put on my counter even when the roll is almost gone. Tearing off sheets is easy this way.

This is great. It's simple, cute and goes well with my kitchen. The base is larger than I thought it would be so you do need to dedicate some counter space to it.

Big-Heavy-Sturdy-Minor flaws due to shipping. Bigger footprint than current holder. Solid and sturdy. Will do the job well replacing a cheap-o. Clean lines/look. Top ball doesn’t move, roll just slips on. Received via shipping and in typical Target fashion= unwrapped. So, arrived with minor scuffs that don’t want to come off but aren’t too noticeable. Maybe if you are particular, order via pick-up.
