My 69 year old mother loves this
We got this for my mom who's 69. She said she loves it and can build leg strength from the comfort of her living room not missing her shows. . lol. It is heavy duty and has adjustment fir the tension. There's also a screen that tracks how far you've gone and calories. It comes with a extra battery for the display screen. Small enough to store in almost any closet or under a bed.

This machine works very well

Easy to use
This little machine came fully assembled and ready to use. This stepper fits under my desk and makes it easy to get my steps in while I work from home. I like the rubber stretch bands too as the offer stability when I stand upright to use the stepper. Can also be used sitting down.

Quality is great!
I was iffy on how good this would be because it was only $40 but it works amazing. I only tried it out for a couple of minutes and was already feeling a burn. The digital tracker is also nice to see.

Great addition to home workouts!
This mini-stepper is very effective! It increases your heartbeat and makes you sweat in 15 minutes. It also helps me to target muscles that don't normally get activated (because of the incline) when walking regularly on flat ground. It takes up very little space, and the provides a substantial leg and arm workout.

Small Footprint, Big Workout
I cancelled my gym membership and decided to set up a tiny home gym using bands and tubes and a bench and a mat and a giant ball. This was the piece I needed to get a good, low-impact cardio session in. Don't let the size fool you. This is the real deal. You can adjust the pedals so that your steps are shallower or deeper. At 5'6", the bands are long enough for me to have a fuller range of motion but my husband, at 6'2" finds they're too short. I imagine he could use other bands we have but can't say for sure. My tiny home gym is in a large foyer on our second floor just off the bedrooms so super easy for us to get out of bed and get a full 45-minute weighted workout followed by 30 minutes on the stair stepper.

Good quick workout.
I got this so I could actually exercise while watching TV. Turns out I have terrible balance, but that's a me problem. This little thing is great, I give my arms a significant workout with the resistance ropes while working my thighs. Even my elementary school, aged boys love this thing.
