Description
Designed specifically to bring the power and durability of commercial rowers to your home gym, the Stamina Products DT Pro Rower takes the home rowing machine to the highest level.
With its natural rowing stroke, this machine strengthens and tones all major muscle groups, increases cardiovascular stamina and efficiently burns calories. In fact, rowing is widely known to produce beneficial results more effectively than any other cardio exercise.
This rowing machine features unique Dual-Resistance Technology, which is where Magnetic resistance and Airflow resistance technologies work simultaneously, establishing a noticeably dynamic rowing stroke that requires serious effort. The stainless steel and aluminum rowing beam rival the durability of any commercial model, and the high-strength nylon strap produces quiet rowing strokes that won't disrupt your tranquil home.
This rower also has an LCD monitor that is complete with 12 pre-programmed rowing routines. The backlit monitor is easy to see and displays all the data that keeps you motivated to row and to row like heart rate, distance rowed, workout time, strokes per minute, calories burned, stroke count, watts or power produced, and the adjustable workout program profile. To provide accurate, real-time heart rates, the monitor receives wirelessly transmitted data from the comfortable Heart Rate Transmitter Chest Strap, which is included at no additional cost.
This rower also includes free access to müüv, the smart audio coaching app. You'll get smart audio coaching that is personalized to you, progresses for you, and is fun to do. The all-in-one app comes with a follow-along assembly video, personalized workouts tailored to the equipment you own, and an ad-free music listening experience from iHeartRadio.
Row your way to a stronger, tighter, healthier body with the Stamina Products DT Pro Rower.

Good quiet rower, but doesnt easily fold due to misaligned holes. Like the magnetic dampers, dislike the velcro foot straps as the buckle hits the side of your foot.

Worked fine for about a year then stopped working. Too expensive to break after using for only 1 year. Only used it 1-2 times per week for 20-30 minutes.

The rower is my go to for exercising. It does not have an app which is a good thing. The workout is more accurate meaning every row is counted. No membership fees.

The seat in noisy and will not roll smooth after a few weeks of light use. I am disappointed in the quality of the build.

I purchased my Stamina DT Pro Rower, because I have been an avid hiker and my knees were starting to give up the long haul feeling. I had Stem Cell injections in both knees, and after the few weeks of rest needed to get a low impact form of exercise, to help strengthen them. We abandoned our membership at the local gym-thanks Covid-, and Rowing seems to be the one exercise, using the highest percentage of the bodies muscle groups, not to mention getting the cardio I needed. So, how is it going? After 4 weeks, my knees are getting stronger and my core is making great improvement. How I walk and carry myself, takes me years back to a more fit time. The pulse recovery tool, which helps measure how fit your body is, by measuring pulse after the workout has been the best mental tool for me. After my first session, I registered a 4.1 on the recovery score. Much worse than I thought I would be. Last week, every workout ended with my recovery score under 2.0 This is awesome and shows how effective this machine can be. I am loving my Stamina Rower!!!

Nothing to make me regret my purchase but the following improvements are suggested: • Provide set screw for 2-piece plastic cover where webbing attaches to bar. It keeps separating. • The Velcro should not extend to the very ends of the foot straps as it makes it very difficult to pull the strapping apart to adjust. • I've been doing workouts with Josh at Apple Fitness+ and our strokes per minute appear to be significantly off. When I pace with him, he says he's at 28 strokes, I'm at 24. * The heart rate monitor should have been Bluetooth. I share the machine with my wife and it would have been nice if we could use our existing BT straps that work with our other devices (i.e. cycle computers).

Assembly was very easy. Not a lot of parts to put together which is a win. I am impressed with how quiet and smooth the machine is. The heart rate monitor is awesome as well. When rowing by heart rate, it automatically added resistance to reach my target. I only have one major issue. Why is this machine so expensive and it doesn’t have Bluetooth/app to track my progress?

Not great for CrossFit type workout because of having to reset the keypad for each round and the magnet resistance does not compare to an air rower that I use at the gym. Nice if you just want a row workout....no complaints about the rower itself.

I needed a quiet rower due to my exercise room being under my master bedroom and my early workout times. This machine is very quiet. I am 6 foot and 250 lbs and feel that it glydes and handles my size and weight well. I have no regrets

This machine is perfect, it has a great variety of workouts to keep you challenged. Nice and quiet as well. The only thing that could use improvement is the plastic cover that covers the cable to the handle bar mine broke within the first three days. Other than that I would highly recommend this machine

When I received the machine the handle bar already had a 1 inch tear in it and one of the foot mounts was cracked at one of the ends. Although the product had these minor damages, it's still a great machine and I like the workout I receive from it. I would recommend this rower for anyone looking for a full body exercise. One thing I would recommend is to have 2 people assemble it...doing it by myself was a little challenging.

The Stamina DT Pro Rower is well made and a great value for this type of fully programmable performance. The dual magnetic and air resistance is a real plus, making the rowing action smooth and steady. My son is using it for strengthening and I'm using it for strength and cardio.

This is the absolute best rower I have ever used. The quality of the build is shown through its smooth operation and quiet nature. Both my wife and I have been using it at night after our daughter goes to bed, while during the day I have used it as a HIIT trainer—and it serves both functions extremely well. I cannot express recommend this product enough. Minor issues I had with it in the beginning (i.e. counting in miles instead of kilometers) have fallen by the wayside.
Overall amazing product!

Obsessed with this rower! I've been looking for a rower for a while now and decided on this one. I'm so happy I did! I was needing something to replace running as a good cardio workout, but something that is easier on my joints. This rower is perfect for just that. It challenges my endurance as well as my strength with several different programs to choose from. I keep it in my bedroom for early morning rows while my daughter is still asleep and not only is it quiet enough to not disturb her, but it also conveniently folds up to save space when it's not in use. I would highly recommend this specific rower for anyone in the market for one!!

After being in the market for a rower for 6 months and being torn between getting the After 6 months of being the market in the market for a rower and being torn between the Concept 2 model D or Lifecore's R100 rower, I decided to take a chance on the Stamina DT Pro. My hope was that this product could offer the R100's cutting edge air/magnetic row resistance technology but at the lower cost of the the Concept 2 (C2). Additionally, I liked that Stamina was also throwing in the chest strap heart rate monitor with this package at no added cost. This rower took a little over an hour for me to put together. I did it by myself but knowing what I do now, I would definitely recommend you have a second person on hand to help assemble this. Doing it solo, at one point I had no choice but to stand the rower somewhat on it's head (the plastic fan casing). The case now shows stress mark from this, but doesn't effect it's performance. First off, I will tell you there are 12 programs you can use, NOT 12 resistance levels as I had originally thought. There are 8 resistance levels. I am happy with these levels though. L1 is comparable to L1 on the Concept 2, but at L8 the resistance is much higher than L10 of the C2. Level 3 or 4 seems comparable to L5 on the C2. Just as with the R100, with the DT Pro, your times will be slower than what you recorded on the C2 (unless of course you're on something you weren't before). The reason for this I believe as that the C2 gives credit for "coast". With the Air/magnetic types it's as if your paddling into a current, so basically if your oars aren't doing work in the water you aren't making forward progress. It saddened me at first a little that I most likely won't be smashing any of my PR's set with the C2, but I'm already over it. This is more honest work. Distances are measured with the DT Pro in miles. I'm used to meters, but after 3 workouts I've made the mental transition. *note; I can see in the display screen that there is a "Km" above the "miles" but there is no way I can find to switch it to Km's. Does Stamina sell the Km version to those outside the U.S.? The stroke of the DT Pro is wicked smooth. This was what I signed up for! It is also much quieter than the the C2. The saddle slide is also very smooth. However, the edges of the seat are highly contoured. I am 6'0 200 lbs and my fanny fits within the contoured sides just fine. I could see fitting in this seat being a problem though, particularly if your pushing the 300 lb weight capacity of this rower. The other important thing I noticed about the seat/slide is that while, yes, it is smooth, if your weight is properly distributed over the beam, if you lean your weight out to the left or right, however, there is very noticeable "sway" of the seat that could throw you off balance. I don't know if this was intentional in the design to make it a more realistic rowing experience. I'm also not sure how much stress from the sway the seat can take before it will breaks. The foot-straps are my biggest hang up with the DT Pro. They are 2 Velcro strips that don't appear to be reinforced in any way. With the amount of force my feet snap back into these straps especially when doing short/vigorous sprints, I honestly can't see these things being long for this world. This rower is easy enough to move around on it rollers. Storing it away in it's upright position is slightly awkward though. This is because there is a knob that needs to be fully unscrewed an removed to allow the beam to pivot into vertical position and then screwed back in get in the horizontal/ready for use position. Not sure why they couldn't have used some kind of quick release pin. Ohhh, one other really important note: Don't forget to unplug from the power source before moving the rower. I've already make this mistake twice. Luckily I didn't damage anything. Yes, you have to plug the rower in to use the monitor and activate the resistance settings. Overall, I would say I got what I wanted and for a good price. Time will tell though. I plan to be pretty rough on this rower. I will update this review in few months to note how its holding up.
