Damaged upon arrival

I’ve bought this twice now bc I finally found a pillow I like and made the hubby switch too! (His was way too used) this pillow is kinda tough as first but after a couple weeks it’s broke in perfectly. No lumps. Washes & dries good too. I put mine in the washer and tumble dried to disinfect everything after a sickness, still in great shape!

I would give it zero if I could. I bought four, two medium and two firm- by night three they were as thin as a sheet of paper, biggest waste of money!! I can’t believe Casa Luna put their name on a product like this…

Third time buying the same exact pillow that should tell you something. Best pillow ever. Great for neck pain.

Very decent. Good quality for the price.

Too hard/firm and heavy…. Woke up with a headache. Giving it a 2 star because of the fabric’s soft texture. I’m returning this one

Eventually began to smell like rotting chicken.

I bought this last September, and it was great for a few months, but now, it's May, and the pillow is pretty much flat and not coming back, plus I noticed a lot of little feathers starting to come out. Probably good for a guest room if you don't have that many guests. Not a good pillow for nightly use.

I was excited to see the price dropped from $60 to $40 but now I see why. This pillow sucks. I compared the one from this year to last year's and they feel so different. This new one is a mix of down and I don't think the old one was. It's stiff and lumpy and doesn't poof back up like down.

After 6 months all the feathers are coming out, luckily 365 day return policy.

Would not recommend after about a month these pillows have feathers coming out like crazy poking you in the skin , woke up several times with random scratches on my face and body . 40$ for a pillow with this quality is not worth it .

Do not waste your money on this pillow. I’d recommend resting your head on a brick first.

A nice, quality pillow that doesn’t break the bank. I also put a pillow sleeve on it to protect it.

Finally, I found perfect pillows. I looking for new pillows for a few months, and read a lot of reviews. I bought and returned it many times. Price from $50 to $200. Cost does not give you quality. Those pillows did. I got it in-store, I bought four for a king-size bed ( hotel example). Before use, I put it in a drier machine for 20 minutes at the lowest temperature. This made down puffy and I slept like a baby. Love those pillows!!!

You could go to tj maxx or Marshall’s and find a pillow equivalent to this one for a fraction of the price. Used it for 2 days and it’s already flat and was not comfortable.

i want to transition away from plastics so the down is nice! it’s a little expensive but it’s worth it to me. if feels like memory foam almost

If you know about quality this is it for a really good price! I loved this pillows! I bought a firm pillow to use on the bottom and a medium to use on top. I bought some really expensive ones and let me tell you It’s hard to tell a difference between them. Feathers will poke a little but if you buy the cover for the pillow it will help but if your like me who quality is a priority this is a 5 STAR pillow

The pillows were great for about a month then the feathers started to poke out making it and dig into our skin. Feathers covered our room. Sadly had to put them out after the 3rd month.

This is my favorite pillow. Get yourself one, you deserve it.
