This is not good creamer… I miss the normal pumpkin spice creamer you used to have. I was excited about this, but didn’t realize it was ‘latte’…. It dashed all my pumpkin loving hopes and dreams away. Fix it… this stuff is not good. It’s just sadness in a bottle.

Super disappointed with this creamer. There’s no pumpkin spice flavor at all, it just tastes weird and kind of sour. The smell was off too, to the point I thought it was expired (it wasn’t). Definitely not what I expected from something labeled “pumpkin spice.”

My daughter loves pumpkin spice everything. She had been using coffeemate brand pumpkin spice creamer but wanted to try the official “Starbucks” brand one. She hates it! Says it tastes bland and disgusting. Won’t use it and we dumped it. She thought it was expired but it has months before that. Then I read other reviews that confirmed it’s bland with a bad taste. She loves the Coffeemate one though!

Tastes like someone threw up in my mouth, not sure what they did to it. I made sure it's not expired but it seriously tastes like it. Had to dump my cup of coffee and the whole bottle of creamer.

The only flavor is "sweet"!
Every year I try this creamer hoping it might taste at least similar to a pumpkin spice latte but with a lower price tag. And every year I'm disappointed. If this creamer has any flavor at all I would call it "sweet", because all I taste is sugar. No cinnamon, no spiciness, just sugar. What a waste.

I was excited to try this creamer as I love Starbucks and I love pumpkin spice. This creamer was very disappointing as it did not have any pumpkin spice flavor to it. It honestly has a slight bitter/metal flavor and is very disappointing! Unsure if there was something wrong with the bottle I bought or if this is how it is supposed to taste.

They absolutely ruined this creamer and all the rest they sell as well. Gross. Pumpkin spice literally tastes like spoiled milk. They all taste extremely synthetic now. Did anyone even taste test these before they released them? Also, “new look, same great taste” is deceiving when you had a recipe change and bottle change. What was wrong with the packaging before? Should’ve saved the money you spent on redesigning to save the creamer from whatever cost cutting you did that ruined it. I will def not be purchasing ever again.
