Staub usual excellence
I appreciate the dimensions given do not include the handles. There isn’t a Staub product I don’t like. I’ve ordered a larger size. too. I used to use copper pots and pans but the cleaning is much easier with Staub.

Five Star Performance
Love this roasting pan. No longer have to deal with the flimsy throw away pans I've used in the past. This is a solid roaster, that maintains heat evenly, resulting in perfectly caramelized roasts, poultry and vegetables. Oven safe to 500 degrees, and also works great on my induction cook top for great gravy and pan sauces. Also doubles as a lasagna pan, sheet pan and baking pan. Easy to clean and looks great on the table. Well worth every penny.

Cast iron roasters are so underrated. I get such a nice sear on my pork loin. The matte interior really browns everything nicely. The heat retention of cast iron is far superior.Everything i make comes out to a nice even golden brown full of flavor. The enamel coating makes it a dream to clean as well.No seasoning required.

This is a great roasting and baking pan. I've used it to make a nicely browned corned bread, a crusty banana bread, and baked chicken pieces with veggies and had great results. Perfect size to bake a meal for two.

Keeps food hot!
I never thought that I would need a cast iron pan since I thought that a glass or ceramic pan would work well, but I love using this for baked pasta dishes. I take this straight from the oven to the table and the pasta stays hot for super long. I also love how it makes the edges crispy.

Love this cast iron roasting pan! the texture inside gives me such a nice sear and the resulting caramelization. Cast iron maintains a very even temperature throughout cooking so I don't need to worry about sudden drops in temp when roasting. I have always used a carbon steel roasting pan in the past so I am used to a very heavy pan but I love this concept with the higher sides and the textured interior. Both materials will work well for differernt things.

This is a really nice addition to any kitchen. Roasting vegetables in this pan is not only faster the carmelization is amazing. Used this for roasting turkeys and and beef roasts over the holidays had great results and the drippings made fabulous gravy! Hint... this is also a great pan for baking a large lasagne...the bottom gets nice a crispy and feeds a crowd or lots of left overs.

Love this roaster - perfect for my Winter game hens served w/ root veggies! Also for those pasta dishes and mac and cheese variations! Can put in dishwasher, although I prefer soaking, then hand-washing. Cleans up beautifully!

This roasting pan is phenomenal. Its black matt finish sears and crisps everything is its way. I love to make one "roasting pan" dinners. Everything goes in! A big secret, this roasting pan does wonders as a baking pan. We make brownies in it all the time.

You will love, love, this pan!!! I can stack up my lasagna noodles and fill right to the top!! Not only for ample baked pasta dishes( which won't stick to the bottom), I love using this pan for a complete roasted dinner ! chicken and veggies!! Fabulous and made by Staub!!! love it!
