Picked up the Arctis Pro a month ago and it's been perfect for me. Good sound quality and comfortable to wear for long periods. Having it come with two batteries, with a charging port in the base station for the second one, means I never have to plug it in and I only have to pause for a few seconds to swap the battery. I also really like the software's Sonar feature, which splits my sound output into 4 channels with independent volume controls. Two channels have a mixer between them, with the volume knob on both the headset and the base station able to toggle between master volume and the mixer, so I can adjust on the fly. Only issue I've run into is a single instance where I couldn't get the base station to toggle to the mix control, but that was resolved by fully closing the GG software and reopening it. One core feature I was looking for is being able to listen to multiple sources at once. While I haven't tested the 3.5mm port, the bluetooth and 2.4ghz connections have independent power controls and can both be active at the same time, so I can stay aware of notifications on my phone while I'm gaming, or I can play games on a bt capable handheld while chatting with my friends on my computer. Volume between connections is independent, but both are controlled by the one volume knob on the headset, so some adjustment may be needed to balance out different sources. Ultimately, I expect to use this headset until it breaks.

The two battery system, the base station (which can display different values, for example who is speaking in voice chat) and the possibility to configurate the headset via software in so many different options, making the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless the best headset I ever owned. You will not regret buying it!

I bought this a month ago and the best headset I have ever used. I had the a wireless pro before this and I love dose untill I got these new ones , the sound is like wallhacks I can pin point anyone’s position even if they make a single foot step especially important as I play extraction shooters so it’s worth every penny , so you might be asking why I didn’t give 5 starts and it’s for the same reason as for the fact I had to replace my old headset the build quality it’s super good but over time (no issues or signs of any issues yet) one of the ears might break of and dangle a lot of people had the same problem with the wireless pro but these new headphones no problem yet so I deffo recommend

Bought it a month ago, works a treat. Battery doesn't die off too quickly and helpful to always have a second one when you need it. Good quality, sound is amazing. Only weakness is the mic as friends have noticed a difference in quality after switching but no where near a deal braker

The headset is perfect for me. The previous model was a little too small, but this one fits perfectly. The headset is also well suited for large heads. The sound quality is really great, and the active noise cancellation is very pleasant. But the best thing for me is still the replaceable batteries. That way, you're never forced to use a cable with the headset, even for a moment.

The headset battery hotswap features quickly became a favorite, never haven’t to charge the headset itself and only needing to quickly swap the battery every few play sessions is very seamless. Also being able to switch between inputs (PS5/PC) automatically is very nice. The audio quality and range of wireless connection are both very high, I can almost walk around my whole house without them disconnecting. When paired with the Sonar software for a customizable equalizer, with save-able profiles for each gaming, media, aux, etc. there are tons of features that let me customize my audio. The Active Noise Cancellation isn’t the best you’ll find on any headphones, but for a gaming headset it works well. The transparency mode works great as well, allowing me to hear what’s going on around me without needing to take off the headset. For my first High-End gaming headset I’m very pleased.

The Arctis Nova Pro Wireless for PC & PlayStation is simply outstanding. The audio quality is rich and immersive, with precise spatial sound that's perfect for both gaming and media. The dual-battery system is a game changer—one charges while the other powers your headset, so you're never left waiting. It’s incredibly comfortable for long sessions, and the build quality feels premium. Easily one of the best wireless headsets on the market today.

I bought the Arctis Nova Wireless Pro headphones a month ago during a sale. Overall, the build quality and sound are excellent. They offer great connectivity options. The only minor issue I've experienced is with the Bluetooth connection, which isn't always perfect. However, I primarily use them with the wireless dock station for gaming, and in that setup, they perform flawlessly. I'm very happy with the purchase and would strongly recommend them.

    Enjoyable headset

I purchased this headset to replace an older, 4 year old, SteelSeries Actis Wireless Pro I had that keep disconnecting/reconnecting every minute. This was supposed to be the next step up model and for the most part performs as such. Initially I would say the comfort is less as I can't easily adjust the headband but after using it for a few days I've learned how to adjust to it and can now wear it all day as required. Setting it up took a little bit of time. This specific headset disables use of the system volume controls and keyboard volume volume wheels that your keyboard may have, locking the volume at 100% unless you use specifically the dock volume control or headset wheel. That was a very unenjoyable experience as I was learning that. Turns out, to regain access to those common controls you MUST have Sonar enabled. I don't appreciate being forced to use the sound application to have full access to my volume, as I've had issue with proprietary software in the past, such as with Logitech, which caused me system issues. I'm hoping SteelSeries doesn't cause issues either as it seems not using the program just isn't a simple workaround as it was with their earlier headsets. Overall, I'd say the lifespan of the batteries is great. I can game or music with them for over 6 hours without needing to swap to the spare. The wireless distance is great too as I've walked my entire house without having audio or mic cutting out. Comfort, as I've said took a little to get use to and now isn't an issue. It could certainly be improved for the ear covers.

The sound quality is amazing and pairing it with the Sonar steel series software is where the headset levels up. The battery life is also virtually unlimited with the hot-swap batteries. Those long gaming sessions are interruption free
