A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless Mouse: RGB Lighting, Slim Design, Laptop Accessory. The SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless mouse offers two main ways to connect to your computer: 2.4 GHz Wireless (with USB Dongle - Recommended for Gaming): What you need: The mouse, the included USB wireless dongle (small USB receiver), and potentially the USB-C adapter/extension cable that comes with it. How to connect: Charge the mouse: Ensure the mouse has sufficient battery charge. Plug in the dongle: Insert the USB wireless dongle into an available USB port on your computer. If your computer only has USB-C ports, use the provided USB-C adapter/extension cable. Turn on the mouse and set to 2.4 GHz mode: On the underside of the Aerox 3 Wireless mouse, there's a switch. Slide this switch to the "2.4 GHz" position. Pairing (if necessary): The mouse should typically connect automatically. If it doesn't, you might need to manually pair it. This usually involves: Downloading and installing the SteelSeries GG software (specifically the "Engine" app). In the SteelSeries Engine, look for your Aerox 3 Wireless and an option to "Pair Device" or "Re-pair dongle." While the mouse is off, hold down the CPI button (the button below the scroll wheel) and then turn the mouse's mode switch to 2.4 GHz. The LEDs on the mouse should rapidly blink white. I bought this mouse coming from a few year old red dragon wired mouse, not knowing what to expect going to a wireless mouse. The first thing I noticed was yes, of course, the very low weight of this mouse. At first I thought that the low weight would be counter-intuitive and make it harder to use for a lack of feel. However, it's quite the opposite, and it makes for effortless movements whether it be clicking through websites or hardcore FPS gaming. When I first bought this mouse, I was having issues with it dropping wireless connection occasionally. I opened a ticket, and within 2 hours someone reached out to me and started with the basics, which was a mouse reset procedure that I couldn't find in the product manual. Low and behold, this has completely fixed my issue so far and I couldn't be happier with my mouse! Highly recommend!

I bought this item a second time now, since ive had an accident when one of my relative has broken the previous one. It is one of the best mice ive ever had and the battery life is just insane. Glad to have bought it again. I have also recommended this mice to my friends and family.

I’ve had this mouse about a month now and really enjoy it. I paired it with a steel series keyboard and the RGB sync is a nice touch! My only complaint so far is it does disconnect sometimes but only when idle so it’s not much of a drag.

I've only had the mouse for a short while however I've enjoyed it the whole time, it's very lightweight and small enough to fit my hand nicely. Battery life is okay but find myself needing to plug the mouse in to charge quite often but that's due to the prism lighting which isn't too much of an issue for me as I was previously using a wired mouse before this one. That isn't to say you can't get a good solid few hours out of it while in use and the quick charging is very nice. I would like to have seen this mouse have some form of wireless charging too as it would have been more convenient to be able to use the mouse wirelessly. The mouse also pairs nicely with anything else that also can take advantage of Prism allowing you to fully customise your RBG needs.

Right out of the box 68g was noticeable. I was used to use heavier mice, but after just a few hours, I realized how much easier flick shots and fast movements felt, The honeycomb design may not be for everyone, but it’s great for weight reduction. but this one feels like an extension of my hand. If you want a lightweight, precise, and ultra-reliable wireless mouse, is a must-buy. I can’t see myself switching to anything else especially at this price.
