These containers are great for storing items. I love to use them in the garage, shed or basement because of the gasket. It seems to keep my items secure from the element.

Horrible experience. All boxes crushed all bins damaged. Then there is no replacements. And no refund unless you take these big boxes back yourself to either 1. Target. In hopes to get a faster refund and Goodluck having a big enough car or 2. Take the boxes to a carrier l, wait for the labels to be emailed, print, and carry these to the designated freight company. And wait 2-3 weeks from the day shipped for a refund.

Gasket seals were cracked which is a bummer these are usually great containers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a teacher and i use these to store my books over the summer. We have to keep them in the garage, so I’m grateful for the extra layer of weather protection! Definitely worth the extra cost to ensure my books are protected from moisture!

Two orders. One broken tote in each order. Won't allow return to store. Won't allow return of only broken items. Do not recommend ordering this item. Disappointing

Not very sturdy and the insulation is not securely attached

If you can get the actual product with all of its handles it’s great. But good luck with that. So far I’ve not been able to get the size 37 with all of its handles.

The bins themselves are fine but don't get them delivered because they will come broken. Crack in the bin and handles fallen off.

Great product but arrived with one cracked and damaged

First attempt to purchase, 1 of the 3 bins arrived damaged but it was easy enough to return and I immediately reordered. Arrived next day and these are amazing! High quality and huge capacity, will likely purchase more.

Stacks properly, lids are fairly sturdy and won't collapse on light loads on top. Needed the gasketing for air seal and it looks like it works great.

Shipping times are horrible. I was quoted to be here by April 3rd. And it still only shows the label has been created....and doesn't show its even been shipped out. It's now sat april 5th. With no updated status.

Size, wheels and the locking

Best airtight HR tubs ever!

This is the third shipment that is broken on arrival. I’m sick of taking this back to the store. I would like a replacement.

Yup, mine was also broken. Was trying to avoid the lines and crowds, but now I have to go into the store to return.

Damaged on Delivery; Difficulties with Return. Had one shattered tote upon delivery. Tried to return it, but all 4 must physically be returned to process a refund. Did not know this until getting to the nearest store. Very inconvenient.

I do like these, but after a few months now all my handles are breaking off

I read the reviews online of multiple people receiving damaged containers, but you can only find the 120qt size online so I took a chance. I didn’t even finish opening the box. I can hear pieces rattling around, and the box was already ripped so I could see at least one was shattered. Going straight back to Target.

I love these. I work with a lot of bugs and reptiles and use these often for them so you know they have to be 1) secure and 2) durable. They’re amazing for the bugs I keep because the seal is the best I’ve found and they’re easy to clean and modify. For reptiles I use them for quarantining new animals in my collection. I’ve never once had a “escapee”. I see some people complain about them breaking but I’ve never had them break out of the 5 years I’ve been using them and I’m frequently moving them around, cleaning them, bumping them around and opening the lids. I’ve never had a problem with them breaking or the latches breaking/malfunctioning. You’d have to have a lot of weight in these and drop them from another level directly on the corner (which is doom for almost any tote) to break these. I’ve also never had a problem with the gaskets aligning. Yes they can be removed but I’ve never had that be a complication and that’s why I like these, because I’m frequently opening and closing lids quickly and I heavily rely on the gaskets to always be lined up and not malfunction. I highly highly recommend these and have even done tutorials for other bug/reptile keepers.
