The extremely toxic plastic smell will never go away. I’ve tried airing them out for weeks, using vinegar and baking soda, and nothing works. Do NOT put anything you don’t want to smell like industrial plastic in these things. These have destroyed some very precious family heirlooms. No idea what kind of plastic these are made of but they will leech into anything you put in them.

I love the see through boxes but since most boxes are smaller at the inside bottom I wish the INSIDE BOTTOM dimensions would be given.

Great idea , poorly made handles . I love the seal and the idea of the storage container to storage food however the handles fell off within the first few weeks of using . We continued to use with what handles was left until last one fell off which really affects the proper seal of the tote .

I have the most respect for the company to take my idea and make something so useful. I needed this because I have two trailers that need to be winterized and I hate bring everything home and then try to fit it into anything that I don’t need to have hanging around.

This is a nice sized storage container and fairly sturdy. I like that its clear to see whats inside and seems sturdy enough for stacking. You can remove the lid completely and it has closure clips on all 4 sides. "I received this product as part of a My-Take research study."

The Sterilite 80 qt Gasket Box is a great storage choice. I love the gasket and latch design so I can feel good knowing that my items are not being exposed to dust, moisture, and insects in my Florida garage. The bin seems to be holding up well in the heat of the summer and I appreciate the squared design to allow for easy stacking. The clear sides make it so much easier to see what I needs and get to it faster. I will be purchasing a few more to complete the shelf after receiving this bin in exchange for opinion.

This storage container is amazing! We just relocated to Florida a few months ago and never knew this type of a storage container existed. The waterproof tight seal is super strong and I would highly recommend! I received this product as part of a My-Take research study.

Save yourself the hassle and find something else. The latches' quality is poor and will last you about a month with normal daily use even if you're being gentle. My first latch broke off within a week and the latch was only used a few times, the second latch broke off weeks later with minimal use as well and 5-6 months later a third latch broke. The blue latch is made with plastic that breaks off easily with repeated use. Without the latches in place, these storage bins are useless since there will be nothing to keep the lid closed.

I have bought 3 of these in the last year and the latches are what continues to break. I hav a bunch just like these made by ziploc that has lasted over 3 years. There is no reason to have such a low quality product that consumers have to repeatedly replace.

Received containers with no lids. I needed these containers to cope with a pest infestation in my home and was incredibly dissapointed when I received containers without any of the lids. Without the lids these are completely non-functional.

I absolutely love these bins! I am switching all of my bins over to these ones as they’re clear, easy to use and stack so nicely! I wish I could purchase a larger amount all at once because they’re becoming harder to find in stores. They’re perfect for our future move, and we can’t wait to continue to switch to these.

Holy cow, this 80 quart bin held a huge queen size comforter, and three big pillows!!! because the lid clasped down I was able to squish all the air out and store my entire winter bedding in one bin!! I can’t believe how much space I can save by storing all of my winter and Christmas bedding in these large bins

My wife of course has taking them over for her hobby storage but we have since got more to use in the garage, for camper supplies, and to store sentimental items. They stack perfectly on top of each other with the grooves that allow them to align and align into place. The locking lids are a key feature that sets these containers apart from others we have used in the past.

It just tends to keep the lids on better thus allowing for better stacking and storage. Speaking of storage, these are nice too, because when you’re not using them, they perfectly fit into one another for storage, so they don’t take up too much space. These are perfect for moving my daughter to her dorm room in the Fall. I may have to pick up a few extra for us to use at the house as well.

The gaskets on these are going to be great to keep out any dust/rain/bugs and the wind from ripping the lids off while driving down the highway! The lids hold tight and the plastic is durable. I might even re-do our garage storage since you can actually see what's Inside these.

I used one for my kids snacks (chips, cookies, gummies, etc) for the month since we buy in bulk. The second one is used to store my wife's protein shakes since we also buy those in bulk. The third is being used for all the sheets and pillow cases for everyone in the house (there are 5 beds so there is a lot). The fourth is being used for winter clothes for my two youngest kids to store long sleeve shirts and jackets. I love the snap lid feature cause it assures my youngest son cannot get in it without help (he is autistic so we limit sugar). They are also stackable which is nice as well. Very heavy duty.

I own several hundred of these, and store everything in them. Over the past few years, it appears that the company has made changes that has reduced there overall quality. More recently purchased boxes seem easier to bend and breakage is much more common. Several of the reviews comment on the handles coming off. If they come out of the holes, they can be slipped back in with some effort (push the section outward slightly with one hand while sliding the handle one side at a time in with the other hand). Unfortunately, in more recently purchased boxes, I have actually experienced breakage of the plastic strip that holds the handle. The foam gaskets in the lids have also been more of a problem recently. Sometimes the foam in a lid is split and broken. Other times, the foam does not seem to fit well within the lid (not sure why, as I assume they are all made the same size). This is not a problem in the majority of the lids, but occurs enough to be worth mentioning. With respect to shipment, if you have these delivered, you should expect a 10 to 20 percent breakage rate. They are shipped in groups of four with absolutely no foam, wrapping, corner guards, etc. The bottom box in the group is most often broken, but I have received shipments where all of them were broken and others where none were. The company has raised the price of these significantly over the past 18 months. I wish they would have addressed some of the shortcomings. Given all of this, the buckets without issues are very nice for storage and stack easily (be careful of weight when stacking).

I have had this container for a little over 6 months. In the last month, 3 of 6 latches have broken off of the container.
