NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED

It's unfortunate that this knife sharpener might work well, but I wouldn't know, since there weren't any instructions in the box. How do you use this? What type of knives? How do you clean this? Are there safety things I should be aware of when using this? This was disappointing.
