Q: are they more cream color or white?

The cream color is indeed a cream color as depicted in the pictures on the item's page and is not a pure white color. Please feel free to choose the color that is best for you. Q: I hope someone can answer. Do these mugs have "FLAT BOTTOM?" Only flat bottom mugs heat on a coffee warmer.
A: yes they do have flat bottoms

Q: The mug is microwave-safe, so it can take heat. But can it take boiling water poured over a tea bag without cracking?
