You have to blow up the ball. But it does provide the straw to be able to do so. But you have to quickly remove the straw and put the plug in. I'm not that fast I guess so some air was released in the process. Still works for my PT though.
Does not keep air. Do not buy.

This ball does not keep air in it. The first one I had to return and get a replacement and the second one was the same way.
