Description
Besides eating, sleeping, and pooping, one of the coolest things kids do is form bonds – with parents, with family members, and with toys. The Strider Rocking Bike helps your little bundle of biscuits bond with their very first bike before they ever take it to the rough and tumble cul-de-sac. The rocking base securely holds the Strider Sport in place as your baby literally rocks out. Eventually, they’ll be rocking so hard you’ll think they’re about to blast off into the stratosphere. Don’t worry, we disengaged the sweet rocket engines. This baby’s (no pun intended) all self-propelled.
When your tater tot has mastered rocking and is ready to roll out, simply detach the bike. The 12 Sport is the perfect bike to take your child from baby steps to big strides, all without busting out a toolkit (no-tool adjustable seat and handlebar and tires that never go flat). We even added a cushy, padded seat so your child is comfortable for the long life of their Strider.
The Strider Sport has a seat height range from 9-17 in. (23-43 cm), which means it fits children with an inseam of 10-18 in. (26-46 cm).
With the Strider Rocking Base attached, this product is intended for ages 6-24 mos. The Strider 12″ Sport Balance Bike detached from the Rocking Base is intended for children 1 to 4 years old.

Q: If a baby is already walking, should the rocking stage be skipped and just get the balance bike?
A: This is really up to you, if you will have cold weather the rocking base is a great way to use the bike inside. If you live in a warm climate HECK YA get that little nugget started on riding. Let us know if you have any other questions.
