Does not last!
Terrible, worked fine for about 4-5 weeks and then stopped working completely - tried changing the batteries and anything else I could think of but to no avail. Seems others have the same issue. Of course it happened just after the return window expired so I’m left with a piece of junk. Do not buy if you want something that lasts - this is not the Studebaker brand that you know and seems designed to fail.

Terrible Quality!
I purchased 2 of these for Christmas presents for my disabled son. I purchased 1 in October and 1 in November, so they might be from different lots. I always keep a backup on hand, as he uses a radio daily. He got them Christmas morning, and they have both quit working! I even put batteries in them, in case there was something wrong with the cord-nothing. They deserve a ZERO rating!

Defective headphone port
Bought this for my 80 year old father to use specifically with headphones in his nursing home. Brand new out of the box, I put the batteries in and the radio works, but once you plug headphones into the port, it does not work. Tried 3 different pairs of headphones to make sure that wasn’t the issue but still nothing. Returned and would not recommend. Such a bummer because my dad liked the “old school” look of it and the easy tuning knob, but without headphones it is useless to us.
