Defective Pump Led to Product Waste—Manufacturer Defect
The shampoo quality itself is acceptable, but the packaging is severely defective. The pump mechanism on the bottle failed completely shortly after the first use. This packaging defect made the product impossible to dispense normally and led to significant product waste due to spillage. This is unacceptable, especially for a large pump bottle intended to be economical. I contacted the manufacturer (Unilever) regarding this pump failure and provided proof of purchase. This defect is a widespread quality control issue for the manufacturer, and it resulted in a total loss of the product. I cannot recommend this product until the manufacturer resolves the issue with their defective pump packaging. If you buy this, be prepared for potential product loss.

Great smell but sensitive skin got a rash
I loved the smell of this product for my kids. However one of my kids for unknown reasons developed rashes when she used this for the first time. Not sure why, but if you have a child with possible sensitive skin, this might not be a good choice. I was actually quite surprised that happened when using this product, was disappointed so I had to purchase a different product for her but am able to use it still for my other kids. Would be a 5 star review if not for that issue with the rashing on sensitive skin :(
