Cute set, okay quality

We bought this set for our 5-year-old daughter just before a trip to Cancun. It had plenty of space for her smaller clothes and traveled well. The backpack strap broke on the first day, which was disappointing.

Arrived scratched, but reordered

The large polka dot suitcase arrived scratched, so I ordered a new one before realizing they'll exchange it. Love the size and color, and the kids love the neck pillow.

Looks great in pictures, not in person

I loved the print and accessories, but this is more for a baby or toddler. I bought it for my 5-year-old, but it wasn't what we wanted for the long term. The inside is super small,you'd be lucky to fit two pairs of shoes. The backpack and lunchbox are nice, but we need more space. I opted for one at Target just for the extra interior room.

Handle won't extend properly

I got this for my toddler's Christmas travel. We packed the suitcase, and when she tried pulling the handle out, it wouldn't come out. We didn't check it before, just looked to make sure there were no dents. Can't return it because we're outside the return window. My toddler is so disappointed.

A little too small

I saw the sizing, but when it arrived, the backpack was almost as big as the suitcase. The material seems like it could scratch easily. I asked for a refund because I don't think my kids could fit enough in it.
