This ice maker is convenient and easy to assemble. It's cleaner to use than getting ice from the fridge and doesn't have any odor. It makes ice quickly, and cleaning it is also an easy task.

I use a reverse osmosis water system because of the bad stuff in the water, and this product is perfect for me. I filled it with my good clean water, and just like advertised, it started dropping ice cubes in 8 minutes. The ice cubes have a great shape, being little hollow cones, and have a ton of surface area to cool down drinks quickly. It came very well packaged and doesn't use up much counter space.

The unit is good overall, but unfortunately I wasn't able to replace the lid that I accidentally broke. I do like the self-clean function though.

This machine is amazing! Just fill it up to the fill line with water, turn it on, and within a few minutes, you have ice. It keeps making ice consistently, which is great. The only downside was the delivery which took longer than expected - 8 days instead of 2.

I am absolutely thrilled with this ice maker! It's been a lifesaver during hot summer days. The machine doesn't affect the flavor of the ice, so it tastes just like the water you put in it, only colder. It's also incredibly easy to use - just plug it in, add water, and press start.
