Sunday Riley C.E.O. After Glow Vitamin Face Moisturizer - Ulta Beauty

Received the trial size in the daytime sample kit. Love Sunday Riley products, but not a fan of this moisturizer. I do not mind the smell, as others do, but the product does not absorb. Instead, it pills. Don't want to waste it so I use it on days when I'm not wearing makeup or anything on top.

I just started my second jar of C.E.O. Afterglow Cream. Although it is pricier than what I was using before, it lasted almost five months, which is awesome especially since I use it on my face and my neck.. I was using a different brand's vitamin C moisturizers and this one blows that one out of the water. Personally I really like the scent. It smells citrusy. It is so smooth to put on, and dries quickly. A little goes a long way. I get monthly facials, and my esthetician commented how my pores have gotten smaller, my skin remains smooth, and the color itself is really consistent. I also really appreciate that this product comes in glass instead of plastic.

I've been using this for a few weeks. The smell is terrible, very chemical. The texture of the cream is light, but applies very oily on my skin. I have not noticed any difference in my skin.

I would recommend this but if u have combo or oily skin be advised that it caused a slight irritation on my at times oily chin. but so dewy and long lasting it may take a little getting used to. overall pleased

Its so good you naturally want to smother yourself in the citrus scent moisturizer but trust me, a little goes a long way.

Great light texture. Gives a nice glow with plenty of hydration. I use over my Sunday Riley serums.

I bought this because it was on sale instead of the regular vitamin c cream and this does have that same thick moisturizing texture but the scent is weird. The fragrance is similar to citrus mixed with grass and dirt? Not as pleasant as I would hope for with the price tag.

I can see visible brightness after use, but it wears off quickly.

I heard so many rave reviews from so many different women that I was excited to give this a try. First off I really like that SR is clean & cruelty free. I like that this cream comes in a glass jar, the smell is pleasant enough and the texture is so light, airy like mousse. I used this for 6 weeks and here is what I found. For day use after application I tried 2 different primers and they both pilled. Tried w/o primer with 3 different brands of tinted moisturizers with SPF and it still pilled. So I could not use it for day. So using this for 6 weeks at night I personally did not see any of the promised results. It didn't bother my skin at all but then again my skin is not sensitive, I am over 55 too if that helps. Glad others love this just not for me.

This is an amaizng product! A little bit goes a long way also! I'm highly impressive quality and how nice my skin feels afterwards!

This smells awful. Even hours after I put it on a coworker could smell it. It's supposed to be an orange, but it smells bitter and acrid. I've chosen to think of it as "medicinal", and that it's rejuvenating my skin. I've only been using it for two weeks, so I can't vouch for long term benefits, but it has worked well for me so far. You're not going to get a glow overnight (get make up for that), but it seems to be keeping my skin moisturized and it looks healthy. A little bit goes a long way - putting too much on one day made my skin heavy feeling and looking. A bit about me: I am in my mid fifties, but my skin is pretty close to "normal", maybe a touch on the dry side. It seems like this product has been used across a wide age range. If you're really sensitive to smell, I would suggest you sneak a sniff first!

Please spot test this if you have sensitive skin. I did a spot test behind one ear and had a reaction. It actually burned my skin. Its been 4 weeks and the area begind my ear is still irritated. May have worked for others but not me.

Nice glow under make up.

Purchased during an Ulta sale. I usually love Sunday Riley products, but was very surprised by this. This causes extreme pilling. To test that it was this and not some combination of products, I tried it in the morning with zero other products on my skin after washing my face. I did not put any other products on top of it. Rather than absorbing, it sits on top of the skin and pills and comes off if you touch your face!! Makes me feel very dirty. I truly do not understand the good reviews. The smell is strong (neroli), but that doesn't bother me.

I use this in the mornings and can tell my face is more hydrated. I typically have reactions to vitamin C, and I have not noticed any breakouts or dry patches. I read complaints about the smell: it isn't fragrant, just smells like turmeric.

I was recently introduced to this brand from my birthday gift in March and I cannot get enough of there products! The afterglow brightening cream is exactly what it says , your skin is hydrated and refreshed and glowing ! It has a scent but it is not overpowering at all . I will continue to try sunday riley products because so far I've fell in love with every one I've tried !!!

Absolutely loveeee this vitamin c cream, I use it every morning and has kept my skin glowing. A bonus is the smell! It literally smells soooo good

I really wanted to love this product. I wanted a good vit c moisturizer to cut down a step of my routine. But....this burned my face like a bad sunburn. I do not have sensitive skin and have been using vitc for years. Only used it twice. So disappointed and will be returning.
