I threw away my 40 year old stationary bike and replaced it with this one. I am so surprised how quiet it is when I ride it. My old bike had a chain and made so much noise. I think the bike is great. Well built and strong. Seat is large and comfy. It has been over a year that I have not rode a bike so I am starting with less tension and will increase it in time. I like the tension adjustment and the easy height adjustments. I would recommend this bike. The bike was packaged very well and I was glad nothing was wrong with it since the box had seen better days in transit. I also chose not to keep the foot straps on the petals when I ride. Nice that you have a choice to keep them on or not. My friend was visiting from Taiwan and put the bike together for me so quickly since he works in the industry. He told me this is a great bike for you.

bike make a clicking found with every revolution
This bike was completely silent for 5 minutes then the clicking sound started with what seems is the magnetic tension. The sound goes away with extreme tension but then the bike is extremely hard to peddle. This is very frustrating

I use this bike to get me started with my runs. I usually hit the bike for 5 miles and then run for 4-5 miles. I think the build quality is pretty good. It does creek when I set it to it's hardest settings or when I go for speed. I would totally recommend going for the belt drive and magnetic resistance. I don't bother my wife too much with the noise. Just my heavy breathing annoys her haha. Oh also, it doesn't take too much space in the house. I'm 5__quote__11 at 225 lbs. Solid build holds my wieght. Oh one last thing. The seat is big and cushy. I get some numbing, could be me. I think I'd prefer a more narrow seat like on a road bike.

Solid Value Spin Bike
This spin bike has been great from the start! The delivery was easily tracked and arrived in good shape. Brought it downstairs, unpacked it (took pictures just in case I needed to repackage it), and then started to build it following the provided instructions._x000D_ _x000D_ This bike is of solid construction. The pedals, magnetic resistance, seat, handlebars, and base are all sturdy. My wife does want to purchase separate clip-in pedals since she already has spin shoes meant for those types of pedals, so those will be purchased separately._x000D_ _x000D_ For the price we paid, I think it's a great value spin bike. Just throw in any type of digital access app with classes or pull some of Sunny's free videos up on a tablet, and you're good to go.
