Toggle STUCK can’t reposition work station
Spent an hour putting this together only to find that the toggle which repositions the workstation will not budge. It is stuck in the LOCK position. This makes it impossible to get on the bike as it is too close to the seat.

Perfect for us!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in the hot, steamy South. Since the pandemic, we don't go to gym or spas anymore. Walking in our neighborhood was our alternative. When it rains or as the weather gets hotter, we needed an indoor option to get in a daily workout. The Wirk Ride is ideal. It fits both our needs, it is small and easily stored away when not in use and it is so quiet! Thanks a million, Stamina! You got it all right in one sweet product!

It's ok but not what I was hoping for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just not really stable enough to really work at it with a laptop or tablet but I've done some basic rides on it and it's ok. I'm getting a real exercise bike though. I should have tried one of the under-desk pedal set ups instead of this.

Good exercise bike
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a decent bike for what I paid. Definitely not for anyone shorter than 5'2". Seat is too hard, I thought I could spend a number of hours on the bike while working but I started experiencing back aches because the seat is way too hard. That's a real shame.

Missing parts
Missing parts. Can’t use. Was told 4-6 days when called. 2 weeks later when I had to follow up m; it’s now out of stock. So I have a useless bike until/if I get the part.....

Wirk Bike
The bike works well and have used it almost daily. Doesn't take up much space unlike bikes at most gyms. Not light but moveable. The only problem was with the crank on the right-side pedal. The bolt via which the crank is attached was partially stripped. Customer care sent me a new crank but the bolt itself cannot be replaced. Attached the new crank as well as possible. It is firm. I don't see any further problem with it. Your customer care rep (#5 Christine) was very helpful and responsive.

Does as advertised!
Works exactly as shown and described. Great desk for reading while cycling, low clearance to get on and off. Some adjustments require strong hands to make but that's ok.

Excellent exerciser bike
Very sturdy and love the fact that the tray desk works with any electronic device. It also has gripper bar to hold on to for balance and a cup holder. I will leave it near my chair, so when I get a signal to stand and move, it takes me couple steps to hop on and get moving. I use this daily. Worth the purchase.

It is a good work bike. I only wish the work tray accommodated a 17 in laptop plus mouse pad space. And if the handles were allowed to tip downward to allow for easy access.

Great bike at a decent price!
This is a great bike for those wanting to try out a bike with a desk but who do not want to spend tons of money on one. It took me less than a hour to set up with the easy to read instructions and soon I was peddling away. The only thing I will say is the tension knob doesn't seem to do anything so be prepared to spin at a single setting. Overall this is a great budget bike and it does what I need and I would recommend it. Thanks!

GREAT PRODUCT!
I love this bike because it does not take up a lot of space in my room, works great, and suits me perfectly. The work desk is great for reading a book or looking at a computer.
