Capable of holding weight plates with a max weight capacity of 352 lb, the counterweight function adds versatility to your strength exercises. Attach it to the Sunny Health & Fitness Power Zone series of power cages and power racks including the: SF-XF9925, SF-XF9931 or SF-XF9933. Designed with safety and quality in mind, the Sunny Health & Fitness Lat Down Attachment Pulley System is constructed using 2” x 2” carbon square pipe and chrome plated guide rods.

The box that came with it was all beat up, after fully inspecting the product it came out fine. Been using it for about 2 weeks and it’s amazing for upper body. No loud noises at all. Definitely recommend

The lat attachment is a solid piece of workout equipment. Everything works smoothly and the action is just like the gym. Easy to assemble. What I also like allot about Sunny Corp is the customer service. They make well designed solid products.

I can actually progressively overload with free weights where I couldn't with my machine since it had 10 to 20lb jumps every setting. Everything is in one place. This was a great investment for space and functionality. The mechanics work smoothly and I don't regret a thing.
