Alternatively, you can link a compatible wireless heart rate belt to this cardio trainer to take advantage of heart-rate targeted workout programs and features. Loving it!
Omgosh I love this elliptical and for the price. My husband was able to put it together within the hour. I'm geting a great workout with each level. I'm able to place my water bottle in the middle console. There is no noise when you move and the strides are so easy to do with my 5'2 height.

Wouldn't even take it out of the box
The package came such a mess I wouldn't even open it. Parts were calling out and I found washers on my sidewalk. Sunny wouldn't replace it so just returning it. Even sent pics but they said their policy is I have to try and put it together and they will send whatever is damaged. I didn't buy this so that I can spend weeks trying to get it to work.

I don’t understand the computer’s program but as long as I can track time and heartbeat, that worked for me. I will continue to view video and read instructions for computer programs to see if I can understand in future. I am slow to start but am progressing. I am hoping to increase time on elliptical weekly. I am very happy with SF-e3912 model. I really need to work on my endurance without injuring my joints and this machine will do it. Thank you Sunny Health Fitness for this easy to assemble and easy to use elliptical machine.

Good delivery time. No problem with packaging, all items included & none damaged. Assembly instructions clear & easy to follow. Assembled with no assistance in under an hour. Only used for a few hours so far but feels sturdy, compared to unit it replaced. Would be nice if it could be tied to the app but didn’t think the additional cost was worth the return as I watches tv when on exercise machines. Good value. Satisfied, so far.

Invest in a Better One
1. It was so difficult to put together. There were pieces of metal that were supposed to be cut out and weren’t. 2. After finally getting it put together and trying to exercise it on it there for the first time the strides were so short it felt like I was doing a squat. It made my foot hurt and my muscle spasm and honestly, I wish I never bought it.

Don't do it
3 months after purchase/regular use and the belt alignment is off and now my elliptical is making horrible grinding noises and cannot be used. Sunny Health is having me personally disassemble the entire thing to make repairs. It takes a full day to get an emailed reply from them to find out what the next step of repair would be. I've been going back and forth with them for several days to troubleshoot and fix the problem myself. Ridiculous that they don't offer technicians to come repair anything under their manufacturer's warranty. The Allstate plan I purchased with this is also useless because the manufacturer's warranty period takes precedent and of course has not yet lapsed. Very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend.

Cheap piece of junk. Have to retighten everything every time you use it. It squeaks when in use no matter what I do. Very cheap materials. Not at all worth the price.

Not satisfied “yet”
Elliptical seems good at first. I put it together and plugged it in. Set the resistance to 1. There was a loud grinding noise when I used it. The magnet didn’t add any resistance. I took it apart and found a spring lodged between the magnet and the flywheel. No response from customer support as of yet. Also the plastic that covers the insides had 2 broken pieces that hold it together.

Weld cracks
I’ve had two that both cracked at welds at the same place….at the approximately 90 deg angle where the arm meets the foot. There doesn’t seem to be any part support, so I recommend buying this, you get the warranty.
