1. Despite tightening the mounting loop as much as possible, the holder still has a tendency to rotate if it's fiddled with at all. 2. My Samsung Galaxy S21 (I think that's the model) wont' fit. If the holder opened another quarter to half an inch, it wouldn't be a problem.
