It dribbles across the base, so no sound of running water, just the motor running. Also, this company struggles with the finish on it products. For the cost not worth it. Going to keep searching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was wanting a fountain that was not spraying water out of the container. This little fountain answers the problem. Easy assembly, easy to fill. Wish the sound the water was a wee bit louder but not a deal killer. So glad to not having water splashing all over the place.
