Swanson 100% Organic Hibiscus Flower Tea 20 Bags

We are using this for iced tea, and it is certainly tasty. Of course, it is impossible to know if it is having positive health effects.

Hibiscus is supposed to be a powerful antioxidant. Most hibiscus teas in stores are mixed with other herbs and often added flavorings. I was happy to find this pure dried hibiscus flower tea which has a clean, simple taste. It's good hot or iced, and you can add your own sweetener if the taste is too tart.

I love it, it totally relaxes me especially when I need it the most!

This tea is very effective at helping to lower blood pressure and it is very relaxing to drink in the evenings.

for my husband. He has a cup with his breakfast but says it gives him some gastric distress. Thankfully, I noticed it also is available in capsule form. So I've ordered Hibiscus Flower capsules (SW1406) and hope that this will solve the issue. This is probaby and very good and effective product but just not for him.

After reading about the possible health benefits, the Swanson brand of Hibiscus tea was the first one I tried. I love the taste, it's tart, about the same tartness as lemon water. I made the mistake of running out so I went to my local health store to buy some more. Most of the offerings were Hibiscus plus something else. I finally found one that was just Hibiscus and bought it. The taste was ghastly! I swear I tasted dirt. I immediately re-ordered about 6-8 boxes of Swanson's (so I would be less likely to run out) and threw out the one I bought locally. I gave it a few tries but it just didn't measure up to Swanson's in flavor. To mix things up I put a tea bag of Hibiscus and a bag of Alvita brand of Fenugreek Tea (which is reported to have benefits of its own and should be in stock here) and brew them together. Amazing mix of flavors! It takes some of the tartness out of the Hibiscus, so give it a try if the tartness is a problem for you, and it mellows the celery flavor of Fenugreek.

I found this tea to have an excellent flavor without need of any sweetener and the fact it is certified organic makes it an incredible bargain.

Great fruity taste but very strong. Definitely not a mellow tea.

I make iced tea from the bags. I store in refrig and pour in a glass with some lemon juice and Stevia and ice. Delicious. I don't like Hibiscus tea hot though.

Delicious tea with good benefits. Good any time of the day since it is decaf.

Enjoy the flavor. Will add a lemon balm tea bag and a teaspoon of honey per cup of hot tea.

I love the fact NOTHING else is added to this tea; this is hard to find! The taste & bright color is wonderful!!! I like 2 add hot water I've simmered with citrus peel & ginger slices...sooo good!!! Then I add SWANSON COLLAGEN to it, as it has no taste, and l notice that my hair, eyelashes & eyebrows have thickened and at 78, my face looks filled out!!!! Thank you for such GREAT PRODUCTS!!!!

Almost like drinking juice without the carbs (sugar). I love it's tangy flavor. I steep it for several minutes in about 5 oz of boiled water, since I like it strong.

Swanson Hibiscus Flower Tea has a lovely aroma and tastes wonderful. I particularly like that it is Organic and does not contain other ingredients. Hibiscus tea is rich in vitamin C, minerals and various antioxidants.

This is a very good tasty tea. I use reverse osmosis filtered water and sweeten with liquid stevia, drinking 1/2 cup daily. Delicious!
