During COVID I used with others like vitamin c and zink at the sign of any flu simtom for 7days and that work for me to don’t get them two people in house get the COVID and I over 60years old I do the text twice came back negative

Best By date
I ordered this item on 5/25/20. The ''Best By'' date on the bottle I received is 10/20. At the 1 soft-gel a day serving size, I will be throwing out almost half the bottle. Makes me question if I will ever make another order.

It's a lot of pills for a cheap price and its very easy to swallow. I haven't finish the whole bottle yet so I can't say I see a difference yet but however if u do the research on Beta-Carotene u will see that it's good for your eyes.

Betacarotene 10000 IU
We have been using Swansons' Betacarotene 10000 IU for many years. This is one of the very few Betacarotene products that has a sensible 10000 IU, almost all other brands on the market offer only high dose 25000 IU. Betacarotene, although more water soluble than Vitamin A proper, is one of the vitamins stored in fat, meaning, it will be absorbed very fast and eliminated very slowly. 10000 IU of Betacarotene corresponds to 5000 IU to Vitamin A, which is more than sufficient for our daily nutrition. We are very glad we still find these capsules at Swansons- they are tiny, easily taken, and as a form of Vit A,do not need to be refrigerated. The price is unbeatable on the market, hands down. Hopefully, you guys continue to carry it!

I had to start taking vitamins for my eyes because my eyes were getting dry due to my age. I find this helps (along with lutein). I only wish I had started taking this and lutein earlier! Always smart to invest in good eyesight!!

In my daily anti-oxidant regimen
This smaller size is easy to swallow and never causes reflux. I include it with several other anti-oxidants. I can add more or less as needed because of the IU sizing.
