I like these softgels.
I thought my eye issues improved when I was eating Carrots a lot. But I had some dental problems and stopped eating as many for a year or two and problems got worse again. SO next best choice is to turn to herbal formulas. I have never seen the same improvement taking these but it could also have been a fluke and not related to the carrots. Meantime I keep using due to the eyes and doctors a specialist said no harm in the amount I take.

Love Tiny gelcaps!
Can';t beat a liqui-gel supplement in miniature form for ease of swallowing and relief at not having to ingest unnecessary fillers. Love the tiny price, too! Unlike powder caps, these gels can be pricked with a pin and squeezed out to use topically on skin problems.

Without a doubt, this is the best way to get Vitamin A! I love eating all the orange colored fruits and vegetables that have Beta-Carotene, but it's hard to do on a daily basis. One of these little soft gels pills Is so easy to take with any meal. Great price as well!
