This product is easy to add to a smoothie in the morning when I take my regular supplements. I have had constipation problems for years and have tried many ways to help without taking prescription drugs. I find this a help along with taking the Natural Calm magnesium twice daily.

I am very happy that you carry the organic milled flaxseed pwdr in a convenient 15 oz size. It is a convenient source of omega 3 which is great! ... I'm very satisfied with the quality and taste that it adds to my favorite meals. I would certainly recommend this product as it contains no animal parts.

I give this product 4 stars for quality,simply because I have to put it through my NutriBullet with the millet blade to have a finer consistency. I use this in my smoothies, and I also use this in my pancake and waffle mix with organic almond milk and organic coconut oil with fresh or frozen fruits. My 6 year old son says I make the best waffles! Little does he know they're nutritious too!

I keep a tablespoon right in the bag. Each morning I put a tablespoon of this flaxseed into my cereal. I like the added minerals, fiber, protein, and flaxseed oil. I keep this in my refrigerator after I open it.
