Used these sunflower seeds for baking
I have a recipe for apple crisp that calls for sunflower seeds. Then a week later, I made corn bread and added sunflower seeds pressed into the surface. These seeds were great for both recipes! I appreciate organic products. My choice whenever possible! Convenient sealing bag to keep remaining seeds fresh.

Sunflower Seeds -- YUM!
These are the freshest sunflower seeds I have ever eaten. The fuss of opening a shell to have a less than fresh seed "experience" is not worth it, when one can have many sweet yummy seeds at one time with just a quick pour of the package. The seeds are not salted or roasted, but I luuv them just the way they are.

Rancid Seeds
I buy raw hulled sunflower seeds in order to soak and sprout them before eating. My usual supplier was Trader Joe, but they stopped selling them a while ago, so I thought I would try these. Big mistake. If you soak them and try to sprout them, you will discover that they are rancid and dead - almost none of them will sprout, they will just turn brown and rot.

Second shipment was not fresh
When I first ordered this it it was great. Good, fresh organic sunflower seeds in a reclosable package. So I ordered three more packages. Unfortunately they were a darker color. Certain seeds were darker still. They tasted rancid to me so I sent them back. Too bad.
