This is a great product to take at bedtime. For convenience sake, I keep it on hand in both these capsules and the liquid extract in the dropper bottle. Read up on it. It'll be worth it to you to do so. Works for me.

Wonderful Herb
This works far far better than GABA for calming me & does not interfere with the upstream cycle. Works well for me with some melatonin at bedtime, or 5-HTP in the late afternoon.

Chinese skullcap
This is effective even as a whole herb. I only need to take one near bedtime and it seems to calm me down well into the next day. It's not habit forming and can be skipped if you don't need it.
