It WORKS! I really like Colon Helper! I take one or two capsules in the evening and it gently helps me to be regular. I don't feel the urgency that often happens with laxatives or other products to treat constipation. I can have a life! I wouldn't want to be without this product!

Wow! I started with only 1 pill this week Monday, Wednesday & Friday. It worked well the first 2 times but today is giving me the runs and massive cramping. Start slow!!! It's a gel cap so not sure how to break it down.... just will try 2x a week. I have a strong stomach and things don't move much for me .... just saying...it seems to be strong!!

I have been using Colon Helper for years, when it was manufactured by HCBL before being purchased by Swanson. I normally take it about once a week, but more often if I need to when traveling. It works well, and is not overly harsh like most laxatives.

No other preparation has this particular combination of ingredients -- and therefore, NOTHING works like Colon Helper. I am so glad [relieved] to know that Swanson decided to keep this product on its active roster. There is nothing negative I can say about it. Without getting too specific, suffice it to say that you will be extremely pleased with its performance. After 25 years, I can assure you that it is an ongoing "no-regret" purchase.

I have been taking these for years. Had problems my entire life with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I actually suffered from the lack of an urge to go......no matter what I did or ate. I have always eaten a healthy diet, and work out regularly. This was the first thing that made me feel “normal “. I have seriously been taking it for over 20 years. One of my daughters also takes it, as she has inherited my bowel problems. She is a Registered Dietitian. This NOT a laxative. Great Product!!
