Q: How much magnesium stearate is in this? I already take a magnesium supplement and don't want to over do it.
submitted by TinyAptMarie - 7 months ago
A: The amount of magnesium stearate is so minimal that it is not listed. If there were a substantial amount, it would be required to be included in the Supplement Facts panel.

Give This a Chance
It took a month to work. I had to take 2 at a time. It caused a little heartburn but I took an antacid before taking it. Now I am virtually pain free and enjoying my life again. If you have fibro...take a chance on this.

Malic Acid Caps Side Effect! Watch out...
Swanson Malic Acid works great, however, beware the effect these caps have if you store them next to any gel cap containing oil! I sort all my vitamins & supplements into daily servings in a weekly pill storage unit. I make up enough for 8 weeks, and have never had a problem with any of the pills affecting another, until I got these Malic Acid caps by Swanson. A week or two after I divided my vitamins & supplements into the daily bins, I noticed the Malic Acid caps had adhered to one or more of my gel caps containing oil and each bin had a gooey mess of oil and Malic Acid mucking up two or more pills in each day's bin. It took me a long time to clean off all the pills, then I tested it to make sure it was the Malic Acid (which was the only new pill in my daily mix). So, do not store these pills next to any gel covered pills, as it dissolves the gel and you'll end up with a costly, gooey mess!!

Helps me!
I won't be without this supplement again. I have been taking this for about 6 months now and I ran out after about 4 months. Boy, did I notice the difference! I just felt better when I take it: more energy, less brain fog. I will always have a back up supply.
