10mg -vs- 20mg
I like PQQ better then CoQ10. I like that Swanson started putting both of the 10mg and 20mg in the smaller bottle but when I ordered 20mg I got 10mg. They have had better sales on the 10mg so I have been ordering 10 mg and taking two but I'd rather order 20 mg and get 20 mg at abetter price.

PQQ for energy
I bought PQQ because I had read that it works with the mitochondria and can give you energy. Unfortunately for me, instead of a good energy, I found myself being wired at night and having difficulty sleeping, even though I took only one 10 mg pill at lunch. I have had this happen to me in the past with some other supplements, so don't let this stop you from seeing if it works for you. However, if it were me, I would start with the 10 mg first, to see how it affects your sleep.

Quality at a Swanson Price!
Being at my age, the mail brings several flyers a week advertising new/improved health products. I got intrigued by PQQ and my first question was - does Lee carry it? The flyer showed PQQ at 10mg paired with 50mg of Ubiquinol, which work synergistically together better than separately. I could be one of the first to benefit and if I purchased 6 bottles, it would bring my cost down to only $55/mo. Hmmm - pairing this with SWU393 gets my costs to 1/3 of that! Both of these products are Swanson ULTRA - so I am assured of the quality and benefits for my health. Both are Swanson - so I am assured of the benefits to my wallet! Thanks LEE! You did it, again!
