No Change. Maybe it's just my age. The horny goat I bought a couple years ago lit a spark, but now I'm 75 so maybe it's my age. Tell you what, send me a few capsules of Life Leisures' and I can compare and give you a more scientific answer.

I recevted my order promptly,and proceeded to take 1 capsule a day. After a bout three days t feit better overall, I have been on Metoprolol for years. (a heart medicine that has a side effect of restricting blood flow in the lower body) Therefore my results .were not as expected , but i do believe it helped my hormone balance and I slept better at night, I will continue to take it for a while. Waste of money
I'm not sure what was in these capsules but it was NOTHING like I tried multiple times in the past; I might as well have taken aspirin. As well, it had a horrible, unexpected, side effect. I WON'T be a customer of Swanson at anytime in the future.

It really works
I have to say that I have been pleased with the results of the product. At first, it seemed to be too subtle of a difference but as I use it as directed I have noticed an increased drive and stamina that wasn't present before. Granted, it's not a dramatic difference like some products promise, but it is enough that both I and my wife have noticed. And that's enough for me.

Questionable potency
I really don't believe there is any at all of the HGW extract in the bottles i bought from Swanson. Even took three capsules and did not feel any difference in libido.

Ok so far
Been roughly 2 weeks of taking 2 capsules daily and seeing possible minor improvement in libido, most noticeably when I first wake up. I have been testing a variety of herbs and amino acids the last several months without any noticeable effect and so far this seems the best. As with most herbs it may work better for you or not all but for the price I feel it is definitely worth testing out.
