Take these prophylactically. and I am experiencing no problems with memory. At 72 I expected some problems that didn't seem to show up.

this product made me very nausous
I purchased this product and began taking it according to the instructions the day it arrived. For the 3 days I took it, it made me so nausous all day. I was so frustrated I discarded the rest of the bottle. before trying to get a refund.

Jury still out
I have just started taking Enhanced PPQ which was added to Herbal Extract Memory Complex and Timed-Release Energy Boost. The latter two I have been taking over 4 months. There have been no obvious “lights suddenly on” benefits to date. ill give each about 3-6 months and decide if it is worth continuing.

Better Memory
